Submit your event to Time Out Beijing

The form below allows you to submit events for inclusion on our website. All submissions are edited for content and style. We aim to do this within two working days of the submission. If you have any problems, email the web team.

This is where you are selling your event to Time Out readers, so include as many details as you can but try to keep it snappy (the ideal event description is a few sentences).

Don’t include ticket details or event times; there are mandatory fields for these below. We edit these descriptions for length and house style.

Click ‘Select an image’. Please note, your image must be at least 750x422 pixels. Your image will appear below this text once uploaded. Fliers will not be published.

Once uploaded, your image needs to be cropped to the correct ratio. To do this, click on the picture and use the crop box to select an area of the image.

Please note, once you have selected an area of your image to crop, the ‘’Width’ bar below must be read at least 750, and the ‘Height’ bar must be at least 422. If you cannot reach these values, even when you crop the image to use the majority of the picture, your image file is too small.
