Your guide to Easter dining in Beijing 2019

Our pick of eggcellent things to eat in Beijing this Easter

This weekend, Beijing's determined that you celebrate Easter the right way – by gorging on obscene amounts of food. With a huge selection of festive brunches, afternoon teas and Easter egg hunts to choose from, it's time to make yourself a cup of tea, grab a biscuit and get crackin'.



Not actually a brunch per se, but the Italian stallions at Bottega are serving up Italian Easter classic casatiello, a Neapolitan Easter bread made with Japanese eggs, Renzini ham, coppa (Italian dry-cured pork), prosciutto, salami and mozzarella.  They're also whipping up classic cocktail the Corpse Reviver (68RMB) to really get the party started.

Café Zarah

Zarah's all-you-can-eat brunch buffet features special Easter treats such as deviled eggs, roasted butter carrots, green asparagus and smoked salmon pasta, German hefezopf and freshly baked pastry bunnies. Zarah's usual brunch classics such as charcuterie and live egg-cooking station will also be available.
